The KiT: celebrity-endorsed & stylist approved undergarments
October 8, 2019
The KiT is a freshly launched undergarment line designed by celebrity stylists and friends, Jamie Mizrahi and Simone Harouche.
This power-duo has created a line of foundational undergarments that are designed to work for everybody and they have quite the star-studded Rolodex to help promote.
I guess that’s a perk to having styled and friended some of the biggest names in Hollywood.
These ladies have streamlined all the things that make celebrities’ clothes looks so good that you never knew you needed. From an adhesive thong to a simple black bodysuit, the KiT’s got you covered.
Using influence for legitimacy
We love when experienced individuals use their expertise to fill a hole in the market and then use their connections and platform to market it. Jamie & Simone are the real deal and they have the client roster to prove it. When you have clients like Kim Kardashian and Jessica Alba you’ve ‘made it.’ And when influential people are saying you’re the real deal, the rest of the world listens. The founders of The KiT have become an authority on all things fashion and we’re ready to buy anything they tell us to.
Professional turns personal
We also love this as an example of making IRL connections by kicking ass professionally and then creating products the world (and your clients) needs. These stylists have made a name for themselves on social media by growing sizable platforms, but they have also created great relationships with the mega influencers of today. This combo will ensure a successful launch and longevity for the undergarment brand.
They had their launch party on October 6 with an impressive guest list and Instagrammable decor! In attendance, fashion influencers like Rachel Zoe and the Foster sisters. The launch received love all over Instagram from stylists and even big-name models like Karli Kloss.
The KiT’s influencer marketing approach: Natural, honest, and authentic
Vitamin C covers anything that uses social media influence to its advantage. We love this brand and how experts the creators of the products are! The strategic byproduct of their profession has led them to get promoted all over social media. Their influencer marketing had such an organic feel to it because all of these people are their friends that are genuinely looking forward to using their products. It feels natural, honest, and authentic, everything influencer marketing should be.
They are even donating $1 to the Women’s Cancer Research Fund for every product shot posted with the hashtag #kitstokickcancer. They are giving back from the start and that isn’t something that goes unnoticed by us or conscious consumers.
Go check out The KiT’s Instagram and let us know what you think! We can’t wait to try them out, but so far the launch and the overall brand feel is #VitaminCApproved.
